This is rockyou2021.txt: an 82-billion-entry wordlist compiled by kys234 on RaidForums in April 2021, merged from dictionaries, old breach dumps, the 3.2 billion entry COMB list, and more. It is a wordlist and not a “breached password list”, and the size headlines it got in 2021 were mostly misleading - my full write-up from 2021 covers what is actually in it and what it is useful for.
This is the exact same torrent that post has always linked to, but this is a fresh page in my (newer) data/ folder, which also puts it in my torrent RSS feed.

This is a split 7z archive: rockyou2021.txt.7z.001 (9GB) and rockyou2021.txt.7z.002 (4.3GB), which extracts to a single rockyou2021.txt - 98,378,212,907 bytes (~92GB) of one-entry-per-line text. Uncompress by running 7z x rockyou2021.txt.7z.001, or right-click the first file and hit “Extract” in 7-Zip on Windows.
